The entire crew was super friendly, and helpful as I was a bit clumsy with my order. They made conversation with me as I waited, and even asked to help me to the car with the food! Everything was delicious and fresh, will be visiting again soon!
I do not ordinarily post negative reviews. I'd rather promote great restaurants than be critical of some. In this particular case I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Alexandria, LA Wingstop. I ordered an 8 piece wings combo 50 minutes ago and it has not been prepared. Maybe they're just having an off night but since this is my first visit to this location I have nothing to compare it to.

Had four employees in there and no one would take my order. They told me I had to order online because they didn't know how to use the register. Took an hour and 15 minutes for my food and then they gave me the wrong food. The guy was nice and replaced it for me but they messed it up again. Will not be going back no time
