This was our family’s third time, having Chef Blaine doing a catering job. Every time has been EXCEPTIONAL! He always goes above and beyond! He and his team are first class! Thank you Blaine!
Chef Blaine and his team provided excellent food and service for my daughters baby shower. My family & friends really enjoyed the food and talking with Blaine and his staff. I highly recommend Chef Blaine and his staff.
Chef Blaine has provided amazing dining experiences for our family for years. Wherever we want the very best dining, Chef Blaine travels to make it happen. His meals are the very best and he can work with any budget. Currently, he is working on an awards dinner for the New Orleans Invitational Billfish Tournament in Venice, La.
