“First time at Mike's today. It was our Valentine's outing. I got the fish and shrimp with a sweet potato and sweet tea. It included one trip to the salad bar. My husband got the loaded potato skins and a cheeseburger poyboy. He loved both. I thought the potato skins were just ok, nothing to rave about. I loved the salad bar. There are a LOT of options. They have an all you can eat option, but I just wanted to try it for the first time. I may go for the all you can eat at some point. For my fish and shrimp dinner, i was not impressed. The sweet potato was a little over done for me but it was ok. The fish had no seasoning what so ever! I found it extremely bland and didn't want to finish it. However, it would be great if you cant eat spicy or salty food and it was not really greasy. The shrimp were not much better for me, but again, great for someone with diet restrictions on spicy or salty. The hush puppies were perfect for me! I dont like onions or spicy b in them and these were plain just the way I like them. I would definitely come back to try the poboys and salad bar again.

“Just had my 4th visit to The Boston. Everything was excellent. Blackened chicken was delicious, steak was perfect, and couldn’t leave without getting the crawfish cheese dip and Cajun roll. Our server, Nicole, was also excellent.“

“Great place for lunch. It beats Hammond and Ponchatoula for food and service. It wasn't busy Thursday lunchtime so didn't have much atmosphere. Plenty of space and very colorful all over. I had the pastor wrap (not a preacher) which was so good.“
