Cajun Saucer Reviews
Favorite local pizza joint- and it’s just down the road.
Having seen fliers for this place at several visitor information centers in the area, I have had this place bookmarked for a time when I was doing other things in the area. I am so glad I stopped in. Service was friendly and quick. The pizzas were freaking amazing. "A Streetcar Named Diablo" and "Bobbie Boucherie" were both great.
food, drinks, atmosphere is always a great!

Cajun Saucer offers a large outdoor space in partnership with Bayou Teche Brewery, featuring inviting picnic tables set under large oak trees. The service is good and fast, though customers need to order and pick up their food themselves. The menu is inventive and fun, with a variety of delicious options. The pizza, though not traditional Italian or New York style, is described as decent and better than other options in the area. Some of the pizzas include Diablo, sriracha hot honey, andouille, cracklins, and tasso, all cooked in a wood-fired oven that puts it over the top. The restaurant also has a kid-friendly old school arcade and a variety of Bayou Teche Brewing products, including craft beers and blackberry gelato. Outside seating areas are inviting, and live music is often played in the afternoons on Saturday. The restaurant is located at the site of La 31 Brewery, making it a great spot to enjoy pizza and drinks, even if it’s a bit off the beaten path.
