Went for Sunday Brunch. Everything was slightly warm. Good choice of breakfast items. Boudin was good. Gumbo watery, not much flavor dry chunks of chicken. Specialty cocktail was nice, but bar service was very slow and seemed unprepared. I'll give a 10 for being a quaint little small town Cajun place
Arriving I realized that their parking is horrible!!!! Upon entry, I immediately called down. The hostess was very nice and friendly. Once seated, our waitress, Shene, came to the table promptly to get our drink orders. We tried the Little Big Hurricane (Strong and Good), Jazz Punch (Good), Dark N Stormy (Good), and the Raspberry Lemon Drop (Ssooooo Gooood)! We ordered the gumbo (EVERYTHING!!!!!), boudin egg rolls (flavor was good but fried too hard), and bayou Fuselier shrimp...
We love brunch here!! The buffet is so good and so worth the money. The flavored mimosas are a great addition. The restaurant is cozy but spacious and the outside seating areas are beautiful. The service can be slow, depending on the server, but everyone is friendly!
