I went to the baton rouge location. I ordered the pretzel Caramel Crunch, after I received my order i asked for more pretzel so that i could put them on top of my ice cream and i was immediately told “No” because they had already mixed 1 scoop of pretzels into my ice cream , After i was told no, i then was told that the pretzel were $1.39. I bought an ice cream cone and was in total disbelief when the girl that made the cake Ice cream cone brought it and handed it to the guy at the drive thruway window…. The cone was wrapped in NOTHING. She did not have on gloves and neither did the guy she handed it to. He had just handled my money. The cone I was supposed to eat passed through two peoples hands.
