It’s ok. The customer service sucks, the store needs renovation, they run out of flavors and toppings most days, but if you don’t care about those things you can grab some quick ice cream to go if they’re open. If you know this location, then you know, it kind of is just an accepted normal at this location unfortunately.

apparently someone has had a bad night. counter help was rude and slammed things around. they were overwhelmed with customers and she was rude to everyone.

Worker was very rude asked can she make me a waffle cone she said no she didn’t have enough mix and it was a batch on the counter top, couldn’t wait to cash me out to get back on her phone. I’ll take my money to cold stone in the future

This location deserves to be shut down or the corporation has to act and change the stuff or owners,one day I went 5 minutes before they close and a nice guy served me nicely and perfectly,but yesterday I got there 15 minutes before closing and the door was closed already open light is off but they were two young girls there I was with another customer who she got surprised too.then I think their manager came in white car with her dog and opened the store but not for business just to get the girls I think.this place is not customer service friendly they deserve a boycott or complain at the corporation

I hate this baskin robbins I never get what I ordered I always get 3 scoops of cookies and cream with extra cookie I never can get them cause apparently they are always out….time to start going to marble slab…..

This particular store location is a hit or miss customer service. They need to update their hours on Google because when you call the store to ask what time they close ? It us always 1 hour early than what is listed online. On our last visit, I was not impressed w/ them they gave me the bottom and corner of the ice cream, which ended up having like icicles in it. It was very disappointing and disgusting. That ice cream cost too much for them to cut corners that way. Not sure if we will return to this location or any really.

The young lady who fixed my ice cream should wear a hair net on there head, Because when she served me my two scoops her hair was hanging down all in the (ice cream) that's the only thing I didn't like..

Every time I visit a Baskin Robbins, my service is always great! No issues and the staff are very friendly. I'm tired is being logged out of my Baskin Robbins app. Everytime I stop, I'm having to log in each time. That's aggravating! It would be great if someone can fix that issue.

I went shopping with my children and they treated me very badly ? a woman who was too racist came out and then she did not want to accept a 100 bill that she could only pay with cards I do not recommend it

I went to the Sherwood & Florida location to pick up a quick treat for my daughter. There were a total of 3 of us that walked to to the door. It was locked so we stood there for a minute. There were 2 employees at the counter, one sitting, one standing. The one sitting looked at us, rolled her eyes and continued doing whatever she was doing. I guess when she saw we were not going to leave at her coworker and said "why the f+*ck they still standing there?" My aunt knocked on the door and said "it's only 7:45, the sign says you close at 9" the associate yells back "IT'S OPEN!" So when we all came the associate begins to rudely explain that the door was locked for a reason bit that the door was immediately unlocked when we walked up at that point all three of us told her that (my aunt) pulled on the door 3x and it was definitely locked. She then begins to tell at us saying she didn't appreciate how she was talked to through the door. My aunt tells her she was speaking loudly through the door so she could be heard, but to be rude. However, the associate never knew that we all heard her nasty remark about us still standing at the door. But this time 3 more people knocked on the door, the other associate quickly buzzed them in. We asked the associate who was being rude her name,which she refused to give. As web were leaving,I told her that being respectful and cordial is always in order. She begins to once again, raise her voice about how she said what she said etc.. at this, my aunt says she will be talking to her manager. The associate says "I don't care, I don't need this job!" When we get to the door I reply "Can you believe this rude service?!" My aunt replies "Absolute stupidity." The associate yells to us as the door closes "****** I'm not stupid!" There were 4 other customers in the store as she's yelling this. I'm appalled at the poor customer service from the beginning to end. There's no way a person should be working on an establishment dealing with people with that type of attitude, now if we had been rude,disrespectful, and ugly to her,I wouldn't even be concerned and wouldn't write a review, however since this was not the case Baskin Robbins should know that they have a rude customer service deficient employee, who obviously made even her coworker EXTREMELY uncomfortable by her behavior.

Customer service at this place is RIDICULOUS!!! Fatal attitudes for No apparent reason. Eye rolls while trying to make a decision on what to buy. Ice cream pints were soft, asked if there was a problem with the color they replied “I have no idea, we don’t touch the cooler. Started to ask if i purchase and soft when open can I get money back? I was RUDELY interrupted I and was told No!!! They could NEVER get any of my money again and I will let EVERYONE I know about this experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Those people DONT DESERVE THAT MUCH!!!!
