It’s ok. The customer service sucks, the store needs renovation, they run out of flavors and toppings most days, but if you don’t care about those things you can grab some quick ice cream to go if they’re open. If you know this location, then you know, it kind of is just an accepted normal at this location unfortunately.
This particular store location is a hit or miss customer service. They need to update their hours on Google because when you call the store to ask what time they close ? It us always 1 hour early than what is listed online. On our last visit, I was not impressed w/ them they gave me the bottom and corner of the ice cream, which ended up having like icicles in it. It was very disappointing and disgusting. That ice cream cost too much for them to cut corners that way. Not sure if...read full review
