This particular store location is a hit or miss customer service. They need to update their hours on Google because when you call the store to ask what time they close ? It us always 1 hour early than what is listed online. On our last visit, I was not impressed w/ them they gave me the bottom and corner of the ice cream, which ended up having like icicles in it. It was very disappointing and disgusting. That ice cream cost too much for them to cut corners that way. Not sure if...

Every time I visit a Baskin Robbins, my service is always great! No issues and the staff are very friendly. I'm tired is being logged out of my Baskin Robbins app. Everytime I stop, I'm having to log in each time. That's aggravating! It would be great if someone can fix that issue.
