Stopped in today to grab some lunch. Second visit to the shack since they opened, and I find the experience has gotten better. First visit was early on and they were still working out the kinks. Today the staff was on point, completely professional and very friendly. The catfish nuggets were well seasoned with the right amount of crunch. Boudin egg rolls were a little over fried but content was delicious. Plain boudin was my favorite with good seasoning and no heat. Crawfish boudin...
Great friendly and quick service. Was in the area and wanted to try based off of the good reviews. Unfortunately, boudin balls, egg rolls, and wontons had no flavor. Cracklins were super salty.
Omg.... one of my new favorite places... ive so far only tried the regular boudin...the egg rols...and the wontons... this is my 2nd time here in as many days... I can't wait to bring my wife here... ooohhh...they also have vacuum sealed stuff to take home and heat up later as well as hot to walk... I thank you guys. I do wish you all the success!!!
