I came through the drive-through and used a coupon; it was ten nuggets and a medium fry. The manager who took the order was very pleasant; however the food was COLD and OLD. After the long wait, I would have thought it would have been fresh. I waited at least ten minutes in the drive-through. Shortly after pulling off, I return to have fresh food. The manager was very dismissive and never apologized for old food. I will not return.
Shout out to the girl that was working the drive thru window today at 11am. She was extremely nice and courteous. She did her job A1! They need more people like her working in the fast food industry!
