POORLY MANAGED , nasty attitudes this location should just close down , if you don't want to be at work don't come ! VERY rude . I went with a coupon code on the app & was told that it wasn't a code then that it couldn't be redeemed whomever was talking was very rude about it the entire time . HR needs to handle this restaurant.

This BK needs to be evaluated, they always adding bacon on your whoppers, or Jr whoppers, burgers requested off the broiler are warmed up, was overcharged, never requested the hard bacon, burgers are either cold, or Luke warm..waiting to order is just horrible all together, always gotta wait 15 minutes or longer for food, most likely you'll be told to pull up..? Only go here if you're starving rate is a 0 for me

Stopped by Burger King for breakfast sandwich. Employees requested I drive waiting parking spot before getting receipt and change. The cashier told me she's not going to keep my change. I am not leaving the drive through window until I get the receipt and change. With a nasty attitude and ghetto response, she gave me the receipt and change before leaving the drive through window. Upon receiving the food, the man told me I'm responsible for the customer service they provide. I told him he needs to do a better job managing. It's extremely sad customers go through poor service and distorted attitudes while spending money at American business. These employees are terrible with communication skills, service and following Burger King procedures.Parking: They desired me to park while waiting for the food. They are being timed how long a vehicle sits at the drive through window.Kid-friendliness: Employees were not friendly at all.

I came through the drive-through and used a coupon; it was ten nuggets and a medium fry. The manager who took the order was very pleasant; however the food was COLD and OLD. After the long wait, I would have thought it would have been fresh. I waited at least ten minutes in the drive-through. Shortly after pulling off, I return to have fresh food. The manager was very dismissive and never apologized for old food. I will not return.

This was a good experience and my order was hot and fresh and the store and parking lot were clean, the staff was nice and professional as well as helpful. I recommend stopping by.

Terrible customer service last few times we have been there. Rude, take an eternity, and food quality is subpar. In the drive thru, They either make you wait to pull forward or make you pull into a parking spot as soon as you arrive to the window so your car isn’t by the sensor for too long and make their wait time statistics appear bad when they absolutely should be. Won’t be back..

Walked up a 1 pm and they had all the doors locked and not an employee in sight. Not many food options within walking distance for us hungry truck drivers ??‍♂️ out of hours so I guess I don’t get a hot meal today

Very sad that when you pull up they are sitting outside side and then the lady that was taking my order stopped talking and is outside talking to the guy that works there who is sitting out smoking and she never comes back to finish my order or respond why I’m try to continue and they both sit there pointing and looking at us as we decided to pull off sad everytime you go there it is foolishness never stopping there again
