The hamburgers are very delicious, I recommend them.

I like this location! One of the better fast food places on Sherwood Forest. A lot of bad reviews on negative attitude but every time I go the staff just gets the job done and moves on, sometimes even with a smile on their face. That being said, I am also not a difficult customer. They are very professional here so yeah I like this location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING
they literally only accept mobile & door dash pickups and god forbid you need to pickup one because the doors are locked and speakers are off so you have to wait until you finally pull up to the window because it’s been an hour & then you have to pull up to a parking spot and wait even longer to end up leaving cause they don’t give you your food , mind you this has happened multiple times this time being at 2pm

This Buger King is small but they are fast, friendly, and accurate. I will continue to come to this location. If anyone does read this I'm serious do not go to the Jones creek location you will be disappointed. Always use this one on Sherwood. They the best.

It's a pretty average Burger King experience but I will say the staff here are amaze balls and the food is always fresh

There were three other restaurants I could have stopped that but we stopped at this one bad choice Burger King is not like they used to be

This location is horrible, they accept in-person or online orders whenever the manager chooses to. Also, this location closes whenever they desire, and that is coming from an employee who works there. To the owner of this store please hire better management or this location will be closed. District Manager, Regional Manager, and Burger King hire better people!!!

Food taste exactly like any other Burger King, nothing special about it. But they can at least make it look better. They serve it all sloppy and not appetizing looking at all.
Service is really bad, they have a nasty attitude and they make you wait as if the place was full of people. I went through the drive thru and they told me to wait, no one else was in the place making an order. The girl had the mic on and all I heard was laughing and horse playing on the kitchen.
If you can go to another Burger King, please do. The food will be exactly the same but with a better service and no waiting time that this specific location offers.
The sad thing is that every time I go there I expect a better service and it always disappoints me that it doesn’t get any better.
