Today I spent a little over six dollars on what I assumed would be a classic chicken sandwich served the way it comes originally, lettuce and mayo. What I received was a stone cold dry and plain chicken and bread sandwich. When I brought it back to the window and explained I would like it with lettuce and mayo and one that's not cold please, they acted like it was my fault for not telling them to put lettuce and mayo on it and smirked after returning with another cold sandwich that was probably dropped on the floor. I left it at the window. Don't bother going here.

Ordered a medium fry and cup was not filled and fries were not hot. Top it off they always want you to back up cause they drive thru time is horeible. Yall need to get yall shiz together its bad for business and I will be taking my money to the McDonald's across from yall. Yall need a new manager and crew spoken from a manager that leads a crew of 35 to 40 and 20 years of management experience. Thats nonsense.

For the past two days in a row, I have attempted to bring my son and myself to get a meal and a Hershey pie… both days the employee over the speaker stated they were unable to take orders.

The first day I was not given a reason just simply we’re not taking orders right now and then they just ignored you …

Today the second day I was told they don’t have enough employees on the clock and that they don’t have a general manager or anything like that ….

Both occurrences have been between 330 and 7 PM….

I’m not sure what’s going on, but someone needs to get a fire going and fix the issues…

The sign on door says 6am.... they have never unlocked that door at 6am. I've tried as late as 7:30am and the doors are still locked. Just change the time on your signs so I know when you plan on opening the doors.
