My wife and I went for a special date night out after hearing good things about Maison Lacour. It's located in a converted residence like many of my favorite New Orleans restaurants are. There are very few tables; the chef and his wife do it all, resulting in an unhurried pace which is fine with me. The dining rooms are very quiet, so conversation tends to be low in volume.
