Bad service, was asked to pull to the side when no other cars were in line behind me. Not sure why I couldn't just wait at the window. Food isn't very fast, wish they would have told me it takes them so long before having me pay.

Bathrooms are locked. My girls needed to use it... Children.... And when asked about it, the worker said that they don't have the keys to the bathrooms.... Send nobody in the whole store. Can use the bathroom?? Two in the same ten mile radius told me this.... What's going on in burger king?

I'll start by saying that it is the worst Burger King I have ever shopped at. More like a failed attempt to “buy” or ask, because I only came out scammed, offended, and with my afternoon completely ruined. I placed an order online and paid for the drive through service. When I arrived they told me my shakes weren't ready and told me to park outside the drive thru. So I did, waiting for them to bring me my order without including the shakes but logically giving me back the money they had cost. A person brought me my order and went inside again. I checked everything and there wasn't even a receipt. What I considered was because my order was online, but I checked my account and I didn't see any signs of any type of return either. I entered the place and politely asked how they were going to refund my money. They told me it wasn't possible. In short, I was robbed. Places like this should not exist. First of all it is complete shamelessness. It's embarrassing just to know that these people are capable of doing this to our faces. The fact of losing my money bothers me, but it bothers me more to see the injustice they commit. One has no options but to just accept it in the end so as not to create conflict but these situations really disgust me. I don't recommend this place if you're not looking to have a bad time. There are many other Burger Kings near here that will treat you properly and fairly. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Do not eat at this Burger King. I worked here for almost a year and was abused in every way possible ! Mentally and Verbally mostly ! They do not clean the grease ! They sell and redip old food in the grease ! And the way they treat the customers is horrible !

The manager with the bad wig at this burger king has a horrible attitude. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Burger King needs to give classes for customer service. To the manager with the horrible red wig, you are exactly in a place where you will probably always be. Sorry you hate your job ??‍♀️

Spent $30 on an order through their own app to this store. Went to the drive thru, now they won't even make the food because "it's not in their system" even though the app, the receipt, and my bank account said the food is paid for, for that location. Then had an attitude trying to yell and argue about it saying obviously its not paid for. The attitude and disrespect this store shows constantly after dark is ridiculous.
