Night drive thru line was long, but it moved quickly. Unfortunately, the manager was rude and offensive with any question asked. She must have been wearing a headset also and loudly popped into the middle of the drive thru clerk's sentence as she attempted to speak. As I pulled forward the same occurred with customers in line behind me... Once at the pickup window her behavior was worse. I felt bad for window clerk. Not a good representation of BK at all. Service and restaurant was clean... fries were "limp" and not crisp and chicken sandwich was DRENCHED in mayo.... had to wipe most of it off with a napkin. Disappointed but not surprised with the state of "fast food" nowadays.
