I have to preface this with the fact that I ABSOLUTELY adore & love food. Today, I worked a 6 hour shift and had been craving a nice, juicy burger. The food is really good, but I showed up to pick up my order and was sitting waiting 1 hour after placing the order (30 minutes after they said it would be ready). My order had been on the counter the whole time. By the time I got my food, everything was cold.
