The food overall was mediocre at best on most days, what really got me going was the fact that they charge one dollar for house made pickles on a burger. Keep in mind that the regular pickles are free but for some reason they justify their existence for these one dollar house made pickles and only gave you three small slices, this is absolutely ridiculous. If that company can justify a one dollar expenditure for pickles that were barely the size of a quarter and 3 small slices at that I can only speak of the fact that it must be a very selfish CEO and ownership. I would not recommend this to any family or friends pick another location when looking for a burger.Per the reply from the “manager“, I reached out to them that following day per the request. Have yet to hear back from them. This just seemed like a lazy attempt to save face.

So first off I want to say the bartender did an amazing job not only was he making the drinks and serving the 4 groups at the bar he was also taking care of at least 2 tables in the corner which unfortunately is where my problem came in. I placed an order at 6:20 and received an email that it would be ready at 7:22 I got there at 7:20 and was told they didn’t have an order for me once he looked at his tablet he realized it was because he didn’t confirm the order so after waiting 45 mins I had to wait an additional 20 to get my order as I said I don’t fault the bartender I fault the fact that he had way too much on his plate!!!

Showed up for a birthday lunch, had multiple tables that had recently left but they didn't clear the tables. Came up to the podium to tell us we would have to wait at least 15 minutes due to how busy they were even though only half the tables were being used, people that were seated before we entered didn't have drinks, I told them we'd be willing to wait but could they at least clear a table so we could sit as there was no seating up front available and the person pointed to the bar area and said we could sit in there, I was not taking a minor into the bar area to wait. Worst service ever. Went to the one near blue bayou and had the best service ever.

I have to preface this with the fact that I ABSOLUTELY adore & love food. Today, I worked a 6 hour shift and had been craving a nice, juicy burger. I finally got off work, tried to visit one place (that looked sketchy) but i passed by and realized that I’d forgotten that Burgersmith was right there. This was my first time so i didn’t know what to expect, but this was an experience I didn’t foresee. Not only was I greeted and helped immediately, I was able to order to-go and get my food in about 15-20 min. I couldn’t wait to try the garlic butter fries, so I started my car and popped a couple in my mouth before pulling off. I am not lying to you when I say my eyes rolled in the back of my head and I screamed a little. GET THE GARLIC BUTTER FRIES. And they were hot n fresh? I ordered the Bourbon BBQ burger (forgive me for the wrong name) adding pepper jack cheese, and man… I have never loved a burger so much. Everything about my experience today was amazing and absolutely made my heart smile. I should have tipped my bartender, but I’m going back sooner than I probably should to indulge again and make sure I tip him for being so great and guiding me through exploring the menu. I couldn’t even get a picture of my meal, but I wish I’d savored the whole journey a little more. It was the perfect blend between sloppy and well put together. My God. Thank y’all

I made the mistake of trying Whataburger one evening and walked out when no one showed up to the counter for endless minutes. So, I stopped at BurgerSmith and forgot it has been ages since I was at the Perkins location. I ordered the Smith burger and garlic butter fries. It was bagged to go but I was eating it at the bar. My requested toppings were absent but Nicole hooked me up more than one way. Holy Cow! The garlic fries were Great. I enjoyed them without condiments. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The burger was very tasty ?
The smith burger is delicious. We ordered 15 mins before closing and the food still tasted fresh! Definitely recommend.

Water tasted like chemicals, food was burnt but I asked the waitress to ask the cooks to remake it and she was so sweet, quality of the food overall has gone down since the first time I’ve been there, but the service was good!

Went we travel we like to try new places to eat. This one was a mistake. We stopped for a later lunch, we were seated right away, the dining room wasn't crowded, but waited an hour to get 4 burgers, 3 fries and a side salad. The meat was way too salty, and the fries were very over cooked. Maybe we just caught them on an off day. But definitely not worth the $80 bill.
