We went here for Tuesday night trivia—SO FUN! The bison burger is delicious, and the cheese fries are 10/10. The trivia host is fantastic, and the night flew by. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good burger and feel like doing something fun with your friends (or make new ones!)

First time at this branch of Burgersmith. It is far below the one on Perkins. Poor service, rushed, and greasy. Ordered onion rings but we were told that they were out of them at 5:30 PM on a Saturday. The buns were soaked and greasy so much so that we had to cut the burgers in half in an attempt to eat them. Small bun and a hanging out the sides of the bun burger. It appeared that the burger portion was broken into pieces before being put on the small bun. You could taste grilled onions on the bun and we had not ordered them. Found bits of burnt onions on the inside of the buns. No salt, pepper, or anything on the table. Not sure why but our hyperactive waitress left much to be desired. Halfway through our tough to eat and falling apart burgers, she dropped the check off. Never asked if we wanted anything else. Not coming back.

Waited for 2 hours. $50.00 ticket for the following:
You can locate and retrieve your own silverware and ketchup. Your 7 year old can eat French fries off of a napkin. Burger ordered was medium well, received a raw patty. They let you pay for your kid’s meal to come with ketchup, cheese and mustard & when none of its there - they offer “packets”. All three orders at our table were wrong. ALL of these things were itemized on our receipt. So, the kitchen saw this ticket. And after all is said and done - the manager will tell the waitress he’s “too busy” to come check on the issue. What a joke. We NEVER complain. I worked in the service industry and I will literally eat the wrong order just to keep from stressing people out - but THIS pissed me off. What a waste of our time and money! We should have just walked out. After our waitress had to play middle man between my husband and manager they took the raw burger off the ticket. After my husband had to get up and ASK THEM TO TAKE OUR PAYMENT. No customer service. Lesson learned. 0 stars.
