The food was very bland. The pork spring rolls were delicious , but was the only good part of our entire meal. Our server Val was friendly and helpful but the food had no flavor. We used a ton of salt and pepper just to get flavor. Disappointed.
So my experience at City Pork on Highland was amazing. The interior was clean and modern. I believe our servers name was Aisha, and I was honestly having a bad day and she made me feel so much better with her kindness and hospitality. My meal was the Pork Belly Hoagie and I would rate that an 8.5/10. I think if it had some pickled onions on it to balance the richness from the pork belly, it would be even more amazing.
