I don’t know what happened, but these guys now have some of the best fast food customer service in BR. I was shocked when my carhop came out, introduced himself, explained my order, made sure I was satisfied, and pointed out that if I needed anything else that I could push the red button and he’d be right back out to take care of me. After the type of customer service I’ve gotten used to here, I was shooketh, as they say.
I came to sonic on my lunch break today for Valentine's Day and I just had to make a review because everyone was just so nice! I made a mobile order and when my food came out, the man was so nice! He wished me a happy Valentine's Day with all smiles. Then. I sat and ate. Another server came out and I rolled down my window for him to just say he was wishing me a happy Valentine's Day and gave me a high five lol. Great service! Friendly and made my day.

Great service, nice place very clean.Food was horrible. Only thing of two orders that tasted good was Coca Cola. The meat and wet bread, burned grease made everything smell and taste spoiled. Uggggh! Spot on to James who I tipped 6$. Never will I go to Sonic again. I want no refund. Just grossed me out, Sonic is dead!
