Great service, nice place very clean.Food was horrible. Only thing of two orders that tasted good was Coca Cola. The meat and wet bread, burned grease made everything smell and taste spoiled. Uggggh! Spot on to James who I tipped 6$. Never will I go to Sonic again. I want no refund. Just grossed me out, Sonic is dead!

I don’t know what happened, but these guys now have some of the best fast food customer service in BR. I was shocked when my carhop came out, introduced himself, explained my order, made sure I was satisfied, and pointed out that if I needed anything else that I could push the red button and he’d be right back out to take care of me. After the type of customer service I’ve gotten used to here, I was shooketh, as they say.

I came to sonic on my lunch break today for Valentine's Day and I just had to make a review because everyone was just so nice! I made a mobile order and when my food came out, the man was so nice! He wished me a happy Valentine's Day with all smiles. Then. I sat and ate. Another server came out and I rolled down my window for him to just say he was wishing me a happy Valentine's Day and gave me a high five lol. Great service! Friendly and made my day.

I just had THE BEST strawberry classic shake ever!! Idk what they're doing different at this Sonic location over the others, but I hope this isn't a fluke and they all taste like this everyday. At least ik this location gets it right! It's a noticeable difference as soon as you take the first sip! I mean, wow! Whatever yall are doing sonic staff, please continue. Oh, I also got mozzarella sticks, which are always delicious, so yeah. Thanks!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Service takes forever and took two separate people to take my order separately and still couldn’t get it right. Do not know how this place is still open. Should be criminal to call this a business.
This location was ignoring all customers for over 30 minutes. People started honking their horns and leaving. I ended up leaving too. This location messes up custom orders

Not a particularly busy night, but I hadn’t had my order taken after more than 15 minutes after I pressed the red service button! Saw several cars just leave without their food so I just headed out too. Honestly, just close the restaurant when you don’t have the staff! Would have saved me a few minutes of just waiting in my car for nothing!

One of the biggest thing Sonic had going for it is their App... but lately, it's been out of service quite a bit. With the morning drink specials disappearing... when the app is down, a large coke is $3. I can get a large coke and fries for that price elsewhere... JS. Fix your app.
