Attended a Birthday dinner on September 26th. It was scheduled for 7pm. Majority of the party arrived around 7:13, we were then seated. We went on to tell the waiter we were ready to order and those present placed orders. What’s seems like forever passes by and we inquire about our orders. @ approximately 8:09pm the waiter says that our orders were only placed 10 minutes ago. I attended for my friend's birthday the server waited for 20 minutes to sit us and despite being asked to put our tickets in separately decided to hold the tables tickets (food) an additional 40 minutes. The server then ignored our table and refused to fill up our drinks. There was a lady server who helped us eventually. We asked to speak to a manger several times and no one responded.
