One time I left my card at the drive-thru window. One of the employees ran out to my car before I pulled off in the street to hand me back my card. I was so thankful for him.

At 844 am ticket #5710 I drive thru the drive thru for a chicken biscuit .. I kindly asked to have the chicken fried a little longer.. when I got to the window management told me they could not fulfill my request after taking my biscuit.. they have me another biscuit less cooked than the first one and wrapped in torn wrapper. I am now scared to eat it and management was so stand-off I’m scared to go back n fix it

This the worst set up location as well as worst location when it comes to service. The drive thru line even during non peak hours is backed up and takes 10 to 15 minutes before being served. During peak time this will run up to 30 minutes. The staff taking the orders takes more orders than the kitchen can handle. And then when you drive up to the window finally after ordering and waiting 10 minutes or longer the person handing out the orders for a water and shake has not been train properly on their systems as it takes another minute or 2 for a water and shake that have already been prepared to be handed to you. The line for a drive-tru should never take this long. I have never had worst service at even the busiest of locations.

Got into the drivethru line at 9:30, backed up due to it being busy which is understandable. My order got taken at 9:52 and all I wanted was a chocolate shake. The lady says they stop selling icecream at 9:45. Thats ridiculous. I understand it takes time to clean the machine, but you close at 10. Now I'm stuck in the drive thru line to get nothing.

Didn’t know you could have a bad chic fil a. Never seen one before!
The left lane in the drive thru gets skipped so 2-3 cars in the right lane can go. When I asked if there was a problem I was immediately dismissed with a "no" and asked what I wanted to order from the guy on the speaker. I don't understand how the drive-thru line can be messed up so bad that people in one lane have to wait nearly double the time. The lady at the window was very nice though!
