I had the displeasure of being questioned about my payment after paying the order taker with exact cash. When questioned by the order expeditor, she was advised that the young man was paid the full amount in cash. No sooner than she entered the building, a female member of management was advised the same thing when questioned my payment method. She was further advised that the exact statement was given to the order expeditor. No thanks nor apology was offered. The order was brought to my vehicle. Low and behold the fries were full of salt. To add insult to injury the nuggets were briny, luke warm, and not crispy at all. It was clear that they were not freshly cooked as requested. So of course, I had to waste yet more time sitting in line to advise of the issue. The expeditor was advised the order wa for freshly cooked fries and nuggets. She stated that all would be cooked freshly, andbroughtright out. I was pulled to the front door to wait yet again. The order was received. The fries were great, so I moved on. Later it was discovered that I had cold soggy nuggets that was as salty as hell is hot.🔥
So I'm leaving this review in protest since speaking directly to them was to no avail. I paid $12.43 for nuggets that were only good enough to give to the stray cat passing by. It appeared to have enjoyed them. Out of fear of sending my blood pressure up I refused to consume that deplorable. 💯 In the future, provide natural tasting items without raising the customer's blood pressure level. No briny tasting chicken due to excessive salt that lacked crispiness. Don't know exactly what the nuggets should taste like since all I tasted was salt. What a waste of time and money.💰 Thanks for appreciating the value my purchase added to your business.
