Chili's is always a little go to spot for me. I particularly like Ike the chicken fingers. The flavoring is very nice !

Ehhhh it’s like a fast food restaurant vibe if that makes sense but it’s dine in. Servers sucked terribly and they only see to rush for the white customers … either way the food was decent for the price service is terrible

Our server was the bartender and she was great. Food and drinks were good. Parking lot was crap. People illegally parked by the to go area made it almost impossible to drive through it. Employees having a loud argument or conversation in the dining room was pretty annoying. Thankfully we got there as the people in the handicap spot left so we were able to find a spot.

My family and I had the worst experience we have ever had at any Chili’s restaurant. As soon as my daughter and I entered we were not properly greeted by the hostess. There were three girls standing there talking to one another and when we entered they had looks on their face as if we, the customers, just interrupted them. I asked for a table for 5 adults and 2 kids. The hostess then turned her back to me and looked at the other two girls and started making faces at one another and whispering. She never said “ok let me get you some menus and I’ll be right with you.”, never made me feel welcomed or comfortable. She finally led us to a table.
The disrespect didn’t stop there. Our waitress turned out to be one of the 3 girls that was standing at the hostess spot that contributed to making me feel uncomfortable. As soon as she got to the table, she asked us for our drink orders and before we could continue she asked was the ticket together or separate. We were trying to figure it out as she tried to rush our responses by asking the question at least 2 more times in a very irritable and rude manner. Any restaurant I have every been in, including chilli’s, the waitress has never started our order by asking if the tickets would be separate or together, they always ask at the end and we deal with it from there.
I have never been treated like this at any restaurant and it is a shame they would allow people like that to work in their establishment. I’ve been in customer service for over 6 years and I know for a fact that this behavior is unacceptable. If they didn’t want to work, they should’ve stayed home!

I went there 2 days ago and food was mediocre. I went tonight hoping for at least the same. Didn't even get there though. After being seated for 10 minutes the waitress still hadn't got off her phone long enough to get my drink order. I got up and left and promptly called the manager on duty. The place wasn't busy, and I understand why now. I won't return.

Came in last night bc my bf and I wanted ribs, so we settled on the half rack of ribs and half order of brisket quesadillas. We were quickly greeted but the server didn’t introduce herself.
1. Aside from the ribs being completely flavorless, they were gummy and didn’t seem to be cooked through all the way. The edible parts of the ribs were completely tough and dry.
2. The brisket quesadillas were a complete disappointment. They were filled with more bbq sauce than meat and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The Mac and cheese we ordered as a side was cold. After that we just paid for the meal and left. I’ve never eaten here before and decided to get it a try and was completely disappointed with the entire meal especially considering how much I paid for something I wasn’t even able to eat. If you’re looking for a good quality meal do not come here. There are better restaurants in the area with better service, food, and prices.

Update today 09/18/2025, tried the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad. Everyone was fresh, full of flavor, and a generous serving. The spicy sauce it pretty spicy, so if you want flavor and spice this is it. I enjoyed a great time with my coworkers and the meal at Chilli's on Constitution in Baton Rouge. Since COVID I have slowly crept my way back to Chilli's. I had a very bad experience at the Millerville location at that time. I think the unlimited chips and salsa are still good and consistent. I ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta with Chicken and shrimp. The spicy flavor was perfect, shrimp were bite size and tasty, the added tomato and onions added a level up for the dish, and there was buttery toast that everyone will enjoy. I saved the chicken for last. It was like a processed sliced luncheon meat of chicken that was cut into strips or long rectangles. I really wish they would grill a real chicken breast meat and cut it with the spatula. This change would elevate the dish to even be worth spending more on it. It came with the penne pasta with cheese and was cooked just right. Last, the team ordered the lava cake and brownies with ice cream. They were a good sweet hit to my taste buds and my stomach. Very satisfied.
