The young lady waited on me and cashed me out was name Ahmial she had two iPods in her ears she couldn’t hear what customers were saying to her my whole order was incorrect 😡😡 this is very unacceptable. I spoke with her manager. When getting back to work opened bag all my order wasn’t in my bag had to drive back to College Drive and spoke with manager again. All I ask is treat people how you wants to be treated and leave you nasty Attitude outside this Restaurant

Food was good. Called in for a take out order, which was easy and fast... Had the old timer burger and kids pasta. Son ate all his food so he was satisfied. Burger was big and good, bread delicious. Would try it again at medium well instead of well done though since it was pretty dry. I also added the Asparagus instead and the portion was nice and they were cooked perfect for me with a nice crispness left to them. Season was just salt, pepper and butter, maybe oil. Noting special. Pickup area was small and crowded. Waited about 5 mins to get my food. All in all good experience.

I travel a lot for work, and I love chilis. This location surpassed them all. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. I will definitely be back the next time that I am in town. Perfect location right next to my hotel too. I will be stopping by today on my way out to get a to-go order. Keep up the amazing work guys.

In today's new world it is hard to find old fashioned customer service. This is definitely the best Chilis that I have eaten at in a while. The restaurant was clean. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The Server Alaa was the best. She was very attentive. Her food and drink suggestions were amazing. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. Sha'ron was the manager in charge, and he runs a great store. I will definitely be back to patronize this location.

The food was great. The service was better. You can tell that the employees love working there. Everyone was so pleasant. The servers suggestions were amazing. I will definitely be back.

Thanks to Brian & other coworkers (didn’t get their names) but service was fast, friendly & professional . Overall -awesome! The atmosphere was nice and cozy too. Thanks for great service, it’s getting kind of rare these days. 🤗

the drinks all tasted strange because of the water in the area i guess. the chips tasted stale and the fries were cold . Our waitress was wonderful and i felt horrible for complaining. If this was my first time at chilis I would not go back. Brinker needs to pay for water filtration. Maybe the grease need changing. The service was great but the food and drink was not. Chilis is my favorite restaurant in the states so I was really disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting! Met our family half way, they're from Texas, and Baton Rouge was in the middle, thought why not Chili's? Hostess appeared put out to stand, grab a few menus and show us to a dirty table, guacamole on my seat. Walking through the restaurant observed several tables stacked with dirty plates and, unsure why because workers were just sitting down playing on their phones? Restrooms were absolutely disgusting, dirty with toilet paper all around on the ground. After using the restrooms, we all agreed that if the establishment looked like this, what must the food be like, so we left and found an awesome Mexican restaurant a few doors down, Tio Javi's fresh mex. This place was outstanding and the service was incredible!

I’ll give them is 3stars because my food was Luke warm I just didn’t have a good experience here they snuck and charge my card for a tip made me tip them . Maybe it was just the chilis I went to will go to another one to see if there good in All
