This place is never open.

LOVE their ice cream but they are RARELY OPEN despite the store hours. At least update your store hours if you decide to close early. I have shown up here MULTIPLE times only to find this place closed.

Barely any toppings. Paid $8 for founders favorite but it barely has any toppings. Won't be coming back

They don’t keep to their posted hours and have a tendency to close randomly, with rough handmade signs posting on the same day they decide to not open. So it’s a gamble on whether someone can trust them to be open. :/

Worst hours!!! It’s summer, why are yall closed at 5??

In the last 2 years they keep closing without updating it online. Then they finally updated it online to only open in weekends but if you go there they are open on a weekday.

Closed during hours and days that it says it's open both on the doors and online. Otherwise, ice cream and service are good.

Older lady that waited that I think she’s the owner. She’s very rude. The worst service ever. One time I had hair in my ice cream and she told I put it in it. And wouldn’t replace it for me.

Attempted the drive thru and waited several minutes to have a snarky teenager eventually bark about how they “aren’t doing drive thru right now.” Apparently they had placed the world’s tiniest cone to block the entrance that no one driving an average size SUV would ever be able to see. Weird.

Whomever decided it was a good idea to add jello pudding to ice cream... count your days! You and that banana pudding ice cream with jello is the damn devil! I drop kicked my damn diet. It is sooooo sooo good. I do NOT like ice cream, but let me tell you something, I loves that ish!!!

Always a fan of Coldstone! Love it! Highly recommend!

Been there twice and will not return after I bought some ice cream for myself and child, I asked for marshmallows the Chinese or Japanese lady told me in a tone I didn’t like, it’s an extra charge! I said ok, imma pay for it ??‍♀️ it wasn’t like I was begging for extra stuff anyways ??‍♀️ so I went in today & told the other lady about it she go tell me the store mgtr’s tone is heavy or whatever I said I’m still not coming back, it how you speak & talk to people! So marble slab will get my business! To the store manager, Learn to treat customers will a little more kindness you would have more business.

The sweet cream was milky and nasty. I asked to exchange the ice cream for a different flavor she told me no. I asked to return the ice cream and was also told no. On top of that i ordered a “Love it” and she barely put any topping of oreos and gummy bears. The asian server was rushing people along and barely letting them finish their order. 1/5 service due to lack of customer satisfaction availability.

HARDLY HAD TOPPINGS IN MY ICE CREAM. I had a drop of Carmel and fudge!! Victoria didn't even fill the cup for almost $8.00.... I can go to Marble Slab and get everything I want. It's right down the street.No longer going here!
