“My 5 starts are especially for the young lady working by herself yet still moving the line quickly. It was around 4:30/5pm on July 16. There was one customer in particular who was being quite rude to her (for no reason within her control!) but she remained professional and friendly. When the line finally died down, she kept working restocking supplies and cleaning. She never had her phone out or was distracted. 10/10 employee! I wish I got her name!

I really hope they can figure out the staffing issue because nobody should have to work by themselves in this environment / an ice cream shop in the middle of summer. (The employee NEVER complained about working solo, but as someone who used to work in the food service industry this would be my worst nightmare.)“
