I visited Don Jose on a Wednesday night alone. I liked the atmosphere very much. The chairs are interesting! I was happy to see pork skins on the menu as an option instead of chips, so I ordered them! I got them with the queso which was delicious! I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas and was disappointed in the amount of meat on the skillet - it wasn’t much. This was my first visit at Don Jose. Been craving some ceviche for a couple days and came to this restaurant because it was the only place I could find that sell it, Man!!! I wasn't disappointed. The Ceviche was AWESOME!!!. Haven't tried any other food but I fell in love with the ceviche, definitely coming back!!!
Our waiter, LJ, was awesome. He was on time and very attentive. The margaritas are AWESOME! Best margarita I've ever had thus far (and it wasn't made with the top shelf liquor)!
