We came for a bday outing and we were immediately seated. The waitress was very nice and well informed of the menu. We ordered several dishes including Charbroiled Oysters, A fried Oyster Platter, Boudin stuffed shrimp, chicken and sausage gumbo and for dessert we had ice crea. The servings are small and over priced. The cup of gumbo and the bowl of icecream were in the same size cup wish was almost to small for my spoon to fit in. The gumbo is 8.95 and the serving is barely 3 ounces including rice. The stuffed shrimp was mediocre and I didn't care for the oysters because they were undercooked in my opinion. Outside of the service nothing g was great to talk about. I woukd gladly choose The Chimes or Parrains any day. I spent $125.00 for basic overpriced food

Charbroiled oysters - best ever! Love love love oysters! Alligator tacos with sauce were so so delicious. Crème Brûlée might have been the best I’ve ever had. All of the staff were super friendly and I so appreciated all they did & said to make me feel welcome! I ordered the other two things for dinner tomorrow. I have no doubt they will be delicious……do not hesitate to eat here ;)

Cannot believe I waked in at 9pm and hostess said they were closed. It was a Tuesday and it didn’t get dark until 7:20 pm. So I went next door to Chili’s and spent $140. Drago’s lost my

We visited Drago's for the first time on February 25th. Drove from St Franciville, La. The waiter Cage was excellent. The food and management not so good. I ordered Ribeye (medium) it came out well done. My wife ordered twin filet ( medium) it came out medium rare. Waiters noticed that the steaks where not cooked correctly. Offered to Cook more but we was hungry.. check came and nothing taking off check. the next day I decided to call and talk to a manager. Was told manager was going to call me. 2 weeks later I get a email from manager apologizing but didn't offer to do anything to make things right and we will go back. I responded to email. Now a week later no response. Eventually this restaurant doesn't CARE about it's customers and there conserns. We will NOT EVER go to Drago's in Baton Rouge. And will not recommend. Very DISAPPOINTED.

Extremely rude we've been trying to call ahead and nobody answers the phone so we just took a $40 uber over here just to find out that there's a private party and we are not allowed in. They were extremely rude I definitely would not recommend wasting your time here!

I order my stake medium well and first I got it well done and they remade it for me and got medium rare waitress understood customer service but not manager or kitchen workers. When people work in customer services places they should be professional and not only that do their job right as well. First time here and not recommended at all.

Dragos Seafood Restaurant has exceptional service. My family and I dropped in after attending the Perkins Rowe Food Truck night after having heard a great review about it.We were seated immediately and offered a high chair for our daughter, along with being given coloring pictures and crayons for the kids to enjoy.The service was amazing, even after our waiter for our table found out last minute. I enjoyed the open dining that some restuarants don't have because of intimacy, but this was nice to be able to see the chefs preparing food in the kitchen for guests.The food was pretty good, a bit over-salted/seasoned. I don't mind salt in my food but not to the point of it being almost too much. However, the manager was great about remedying the situation with the burger that was borderline an issue with one of my daughters.The portion sizes were okay, but I found it lacking for the steak and lobster plate with the mac and cheese, but it was good, just not quite what I was thinking when offered a steak and lobster plate. The red drummer fried fish though, OMG, I enjoyed and would recommend over catfish anyday of the week!Overall, my family enjoyed dining at Dragos and I would recommend it to others but definitely feel the amount of food may need to be increased, more shrimp on the shrimp platter and less fries to make it seem like there is tons of food, I would also recommend that when fixing plates for families of over 5 they make sure that the fries are all consistent, as the ones on my shrimp platter were soggy but all my daughters had crispy, golden fries.The wine was okay and the Long Island Ice Tea my fiance had was okay as well. For this reason I would say an overall 4 star rating, with some room to grow.Parking: Parking was great, we found a close spot to the front even with it being full.Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly, with kid menus and coloring pictures with crayons to keep them occupied. The portion size for the kid options are also great.
