Hubby ordered fried rice, it was ok. I ordered the udon noodles. Shrimp was overcooked, veggies are huge compared to the rest of the dish, sauce flavor was ok. I couldn’t even finish it.

We eat here regularly… very casual and food is always good even with multi- generational groups. It’s hard to believe the bad reviews. We’ve never had a bad experience.

We’ve enjoyed a new appetizer- snow crab stuffed deep fried jalapeño peppers!

Not spicy, pepper was not soggy, crispy and yummy!

Their service was absolutely terrible. It was the worst experience ever happened in any restaurants. Even though we got the wrong plate and the hard noodles that were stuck in the pho in one giant chunk, but if the server and manager had apologized and had a good manner, it wouldn't have been this bad. The manager said the pho was normal and what do we want then. The new plate for the wrong order took forever until we finished eating and the server said we could keep the wrong plate, so we started to eat the wrong one. But without any notice they charged double for reorder and I by chance noticed that before we headed out. At least, the server said there was miscommunication, but the whole experience was unbelievable

I ordered 2 options from the menu, the Udon noodles and the teriyaki steak. The noodles were cooked ok but the sauce had a strong burnt taste to it ruining the noodles and the flavor. The teriyaki steak was a little better. Side of white rice was burned and stale. Sauce was good, steak was ok but definitely not worth $17. I can’t speak on their sushi but their entrees aren’t that great.

Got food poisoning and had to be rushed to the hospital yesterday night. Had the large sashimi platter and there was harmful bacteria that infected my body the doctor said from the fish

Walked in and both the hostess and server looked at me, looked at each other, finished their conversation for about a minute, then was sat next to a dirty table, took six minutes to have my drink order taken when there were only two other tables of people. Asked for a water with lemon and wasn’t given a lemon, two men came in and they had their drink order taken much quicker than mine? food was amazing as always but this was by far the worst service Ive seen here, please servers and hostess do better and not disregard single dining customers. I was a server and am a very generous tipper, but today I couldn't tip this service generously
