Drunken Fish - Baton Rouge, LA

I usually love bringing friends and family here to eat but my recent experience today has made me not want to return. the young female waitress on the floor today was very rude and i felt rushed to order and leave- i guess because i was eating alone. i also saw another review that said the rice noodles in the pho were undercooked and mine were too. i could only take two bites before i just decided it wasn’t worth it. please inform your waitstaff to treat all guests with care and respect because it damages the reputation of an otherwise great restaurant.

Everytime that I have gone and picked up sushi (my fave rock n rolls with seaweed instead of soy paper) they have always been very accommodating and very nice! As well as their food is always so great!!

I've been coming here for about ten years. It's always been so consistently good. I've recently started ordering takeout after appointments in Baton Rouge, since I live across the river, 30 minutes away. It's always packaged perfectly for me to enjoy at home. Though waiting 30 minutes isn't ever as good as having it fresh, their food is always such a treat when I get home.

Hubby ordered fried rice, it was ok. I ordered the udon noodles. Shrimp was overcooked, veggies are huge compared to the rest of the dish, sauce flavor was ok. I couldn’t even finish it.

We eat here regularly… very casual and food is always good even with multi- generational groups. It’s hard to believe the bad reviews. We’ve never had a bad experience.

We’ve enjoyed a new appetizer- snow crab stuffed deep fried jalapeño peppers!

Not spicy, pepper was not soggy, crispy and yummy!

Their service was absolutely terrible. It was the worst experience ever happened in any restaurants. Even though we got the wrong plate and the hard noodles that were stuck in the pho in one giant chunk, but if the server and manager had apologized and had a good manner, it wouldn't have been this bad. The manager said the pho was normal and what do we want then. The new plate for the wrong order took forever until we finished eating and the server said we could keep the wrong plate, so we started to eat the wrong one. But without any notice they charged double for reorder and I by chance noticed that before we headed out. At least, the server said there was miscommunication, but the whole experience was unbelievable
