We visited this establishment for the first time tonight and it was an amazing experience. First we were assisted by the cashier, Kayden. He was helpful, polite, and extremely kind. He helped with placing my order and was very well mannered. He heard my wife say how much she enjoyed pickles, and the manager, Sandra and he brought her some pickles out of the kindness of their hearts.As a professional in the field, it is extremely important to us as customers to have this kind of AMAZING customer service. Not only will we be back, but we also signed up for rewards. These two individuals need to be praised for going above and beyond the duties of their jobs to make such great experiences for guests. We appreciate and encourage this.Great job Kayden and Sandra! You've made guests and fans for life!

Pricy and too much sauce and no veggies. 2nd time going there and just not great food. Not recommend. Go to Subway where you get much more meat and don't have to pay for veggies. Not recommend.

Firehouse Subs have definitely decreased the quality of their product, at least at this restaurant. The Italian was lukewarm at best(not prepared in the steamers correctly), the bread was not toasted, and they acted like no one had ever heard of Datil pepper sauce(Capt, Sorenson's sauce). I complained to the apparent person of authority. No apology. She just walked off. I was very nice with my complaint. I used to own franchises in Dallas, so I know how it should be done. Hopefully, this is not a ongoing trend with Firehouse. I will probably not go back to this restaurant.
Best subs I’ve had in town. I always order on the mobile app and it’s ready by the time I arrive. Worth the Siegen lane traffic. ??

I love Firehouse. Going to have a birthday party there this month, and I'm 65 :-). Be sure to give a $ to charity. I'm in the volunteer fire department where I live and we received a grant for some new extrication equipment from Firehouse. When you donate to Firehouse, it goes straight out to help your community.
I was asked if i was dining in or not i said dine in. When we received our food he said he couldnt take anymore dine in. Now they close 20 minutes. Sorry he should have said something when he asked if i was dining in when i orderd. Well i still dined in when he said we had to keave when he delivered the 1st

I ordered two off the triple stacks with additional lettuce, cheese and pickles along with jalapeños on my husbands and wheat bread. They did not fix the sandwiches how they were supposed to come much less with the additional fixings... I love Firehouse and we don't get to go there often. We usually eat at the Firehouse in Denham. This was my 1st time in Baton Rouge. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Didn't even get a pickle!!!
