We visited this establishment for the first time tonight and it was an amazing experience. First we were assisted by the cashier, Kayden. He was helpful, polite, and extremely kind. He helped with placing my order and was very well mannered. I love Firehouse. Going to have a birthday party there this month, and I'm 65 :-). Be sure to give a $ to charity. I'm in the volunteer fire department where I live and we received a grant for some new extrication equipment from Firehouse. When you donate to Firehouse, it goes straight out to help your community.

I ordered two off the triple stacks with additional lettuce, cheese and pickles along with jalapeños on my husbands and wheat bread. They did not fix the sandwiches how they were supposed to come much less with the additional fixings... I love Firehouse and we don't get to go there often. We usually eat at the Firehouse in Denham. This was my 1st time in Baton Rouge. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Didn't even get a pickle!!!
