“Always on point, good burgersUntil today on March 2nd 2024 they gave us old stale fries and messed up my burger. On paper I only wanted tomatoes, grilled onions and pickles. Instead they gave me some nasty lettuce and none of the other toppings.“
“I eat here pretty regularly (once a week) The food is great...usually. Sometimes it can be off. Onions not grilled, condiments added, fries aren't crispy. But that's expected, no place is perfect.
Staff is friendly. They aren't very attentive. Sometimes I wait a few minutes before being greeted. My issue is with wait time. The app tells you that you're order is ready but you go in and still have to wait. I come here for my lunch break so I'm on limited time. There's been times before that I waited so long that I had to cancel my order. Today I waited 20 minutes after my order was placed. They were slow. It was a Sunday at 5pm.“
