I got the around the world pizza without anchovies, size small. It was good, but not amazing. It was a quick meal though. My bf got the pepperoni pizza, size large. The pizza crust was a little underdone for him. The pepperoni was under the cheese, which was pretty cool. I think it's strange that they only take cash.
2nd oldest continuously operating restaurant in Baton Rouge. Take a step back into 1963 pizza joints, juke box music and all. Most visitors "Love Love" the 'Round the World Pizza from the bakers in the back of the iconic pink adobe building. Mixed drinks are cheap, $5 to $6, or just get a soft drink because they come in the small original bottles. Pickled eggs are available too, if thats your jam.
Absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is the same as I remember it 40 years ago, when I was a child! They even still have a jukebox ?. We will certainly drive the 1 hour to get there again soon. Highly recommend going here. Family atmosphere and friendly employees. ❤ thank you for the wonderful childhood memories you've helped keep alive.
