I had walked in for a Togo order. I placed my order at 3:45, I remember cause the manager said it was going to take 15min so I checked the time because I had to be at work at 4:45. My order was miso soup, crunchy roll and volcano roll. Not only did I wait 45 minutes for my food, but I found a hair in my volcano roll. I was so upset because I was already late for work, hungry, waited 45 min and then to find a hair and the taste wasn’t that great. I called the manager and she hung up on me twice. I will be going in person for a refund with the sushi I found a hair in. My first and last time going here.

The sushi is subpar. I ordered 3 rolls and was only able to eat 2 because one of the rolls smelled off. The clear soup hardly any flavor at all and what there was is just nasty. I found a hair in my seaweed salad.

I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be clean, & delicious!! We just left and we will not be going back. Every single dish we ordered was awful. The habachi was so bad, the honey chicken tasted like CRACKLINS. Even the ice cream was freezer burned. So disappointed. You'd think the server would say something about us staring at full plates of food, but she just ignored it. 0/10.

Ingredients were fresh, and the rolls are HUGE in comparison to most places in that same area. I will say, tho just don't try to add or take off anything to the rolls.. bc it's very expensive, apparently, even tho they did it wrong and added things to the wrong rolls. Waitress needs to start writing things down if it's a complicated order. All in all, I'd say def give this place a shot if you're just looking for good sushi, good portions, and cheap prices.

Let me say, I've eaten from here before and it was completely different. This was the first time I sat in. We were the only ones in the restaurant so we were seated immediately. We were sat at the first table in the area. The table next to us hadn't been bussed and it looked like it had been sitting like that for a while. It stayed like that for more than half of our meal.It was evident that the waitress didn't speak English well so we were speaking slowly and clearly. We ordered 3 different rolls and all of us had the same reaction, that it wasn't the same and tasted better the last time. I didn't even take pictures and I always take pictures of my food! I also ordered steak and chicken hibachi because I was hungry. When she brought it the first time it was just steak. I told her I had ordered steak and chicken but I don't want another plate. I'm just going to finish my sushi. She didn't make eye contact and took it back to the kitchen. When she came out again, I told her I didn't want another plate. She went back in the kitchen. She came back out and did some other things around the restaurant. She went back to the kitchen and came out with another plate. I told her I didn't want it and she said the chef already made it.I knew based on the way my sushi tasted that I didn't want anything else. So I went and spoke with who I think is the owner or manager, an older lady. I told her what happened and she said the waitress didn't speak English well and that they would have to pay for it because that was their policy. I was very nice and I told her I was sorry for the confusion and she said she would take it off the ticket. She spoke another language to the waitress and she walked away. The waitress came back to the table several times to try to explain that it wasn't her fault and showed me her tips for the day. I couldn't really understand her but it seemed like she was saying it wasn't her fault and she was going to have to pay for it so that would come from her tips for the day. We paid for our checks and she followed us outside and did th whole explanation thing again and pretty much demanded a tip. We gave it to her and left.It was a mess. I heard that there's a new chef, which explains why the food wasn't the same but I don't think I'll be able to go back.

Used to like ordering from here. Decided to order sushi and was completely disappointed. The ingredients were not fresh. We couldn't finish eating our order due to the food tasting so bad. Such a shame they don't care about quality.

Shrimp hibachi dinner was not good at all. Vegetables were chunky and hard. There was a brown sauce on half of the rice, the shrimp, and the veggies. The taste of the sauce overpowered the taste of the food. Use to be a guaranteed good meal, this meal was a fail.

Ordered a lunch 2 roll special and tuna wontons...The wontons tasted like they were fried in old oil and the tuna inside was very dried out. I think it was supposed to have a sauce with it which may have made it tolerable but you can't cover oil rancid grease taste with any amount of sauce...The rolls would have been okay if the shrimp hadn't been friend in the same old rancid grease. Had an awful aftertaste.

Was very disappointed, came here for my mom's birthday and to my surprise there was no hibachi which is not stated on their website or even a sign outside. So we decided we would stay and eat. There was multiple problems with the order. The menu is not up to date and there is thongs that are stated on the menu that they say are no longer included. The waitress also made it sound like it was out fault for wanting the noodles and rice with our hibachi like it is stated on the menu. On top of that the waitress was on her phone most of the time and didn't care to refill our drinks or take away dirty plates. Also there is an automatic 18% gratuity on top of your bill. So the waitress can be rude and not have a care and still get tipped. Awful and will never be back. Me and my family have come here for over a decade and to hunans for generations. This left a bad taste in my mouth after having great service fir all those years...
