I have eaten at Queso Restaurant for several years and the food is great. I love that it is locally owned (and the fact that you could eat off the kitchen floor!). Along with fast service, I have tried most of the menu and my absolute favorites include: Fajitas (steak, chicken or shrimp), Happy Plate, Cheese enchiladas with Steak on top, Puff Tacos, Brisket Tacos and Beef Nachos. This was an excellent experience for me. I came by myself at 3pm . The customer service was on point and the food was prompt and delicious. Rate 10/10.
