Horrible service and lack of options. We went at 7:30pm on a Sunday, and the employees had already put the milkshake ingredients away and wouldn’t let anyone order a milkshake. When I ask why they weren’t serving them they said because we close soon. They still had 30 minutes left and a crowd of people coming in to serve. They also were out of several flavors of icecream and would not go get refills from the back. They also were out of have of the cookies and didn’t seem to care to restock those either to sell. I am quite disappointed in this Marble Slab/Great American Cookie location.

Before I start, the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nice guy that helped fix a part of the problem and was very apologetic. My wife and I came in around 8:30, which we knew was near closing but when we pulled up we saw people at the tables and decided to go in. There was a girl and guy behind the counter. The young man greeted us, the girl did not. I placed my order first. The young man helped me and was very polite and friendly and the girl “helped” my wife. I overheard my wife request a strawberry shake and then she was met by a rude smirk and was stared at awkwardly by this girl like she was refusing to make it. After a brief stare down, my wife didn’t want to cause any problems so she then asked for a scoop of chocolate ice cream with gummy bears. The guy checked us out as the girl was finishing my wife’s order. After slinging the incredibly small cup over the counter, we began walking out only to notice the cup(which was wayyyyy too small) was covered with ice cream on the outside of it and was now all over our hands. It was a mess. There is no way she did not notice this when handing it over. It was everywhere. I took the cup and walked back in where I noticed the girl had ran to the back but the young man was still up front and apologized several times and proceeded to change it to a bigger cup and wipe it all clean. I’m not sure what this girl’s issue was but if she keeps up the attitude like she had tonight, someone is likely to throw their ice cream right back at her!
We went here on Sunday and the guy behind the counter was very rude. Which is fine whatever everyone has a bad day. However he didn’t wear gloves and he used his bare hands to push down on the ice cream spatula he was using to mix the ice cream with the toppings on the slab. He seemed irritated at any request we had and he didn’t wipe down the containers. So not only was the ice cream basically contaminated but it was also dripping all over the containers.
Otherwise we normally have a good experience coming here.
Just stopped by to get ice cream with my 3-year old son. It's my first time here in many years and possibly my last. When I paid, I saw that they had added a $0.45 charge called a "Commodity fee." When I questioned it, I was directed to a small note on the register explaining that die to rising costs from suppliers, $0.45 would be added to any charge OVER $5. So basically, if I come and spend more money there, I get penalized for it. I understand that things cost more, but just raise your prices. Don't just try to quietly slip an extra charge in and hope I won't notice. There are too many other competitors for me to waste time with this nonsense.
Love this location.The cookies are always fresh and so nicely decorated.The request I made for my cake was completed on time and the art was beyond my expectations. The frosting artist is really talented. ??The staff is really friendly and the store is always clean.
First time here, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Isaiah was extremely helpful and took his time explaining what flavors and toppings & other items you have. One of the most mature friendly and kind employees I have had the pleasure of meeting recently. Isaiah didn’t rush us, was polite and fun. Please make sure Isaiah (he deserves a raise) gets his told of the great job he is doing and keep him on staff it is hard to find such pleasant employees who actually enjoy their job it shows to your customers ! Your entire staff this evening was on point ??????We will definitely be going back again and telling our friends as well !!!

Horrible customer service and there was strands of straight black hair in my cookies. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION‼️‼️‼️

I love stopping in here all the time, I come here with my daughter and get ice cream often. I enjoy visiting this location more when Samantha is working she’s so nice and great customer service. She has officially made me love this location much more!

My experience is with the app and the overall company, not specific to this store albeit this is the local store to me.With that said, I was trying to make an order in the app but I kept getting an error message. I tried to reach out to customer service but there’s no email listed on the website and when you click “email us” it pulled up the gmail app but no address or anyway to contact the company. It’s sad to think they can’t even have a function app nor a way to contact the company.
