No long waiting, the food was hot on arrival, service was excellent! Staff was awesome!!
The food was quite delicious. Blackened catfish was soft and well seasoned, the red fish with pasta was well cooked and the pasta wasn't dry or drowning, but had a nice flavor. The fried pickles were really good. The fried catfish was cooked perfectly. Everything we tried was well cooked and properly seasoned. Waitress was kind and pleasant. The only thing I disliked were the chairs that were hard and a bit uncomfortable.
I visited Roux 61 last week again after not eating there in about 5 years. My friend and I ordered the the sweet chilli buffalo wings with a side house salad and I fell in love with those wings. I took an order home for my husband and he also enjoyed them. My husband and I went back the following Friday for our date night (two days ago) and he and I ordered the same meal with a 1/2 dozon of wings to go.
