We went here on Sunday and the guy behind the counter was very rude. Which is fine whatever everyone has a bad day. However he didn’t wear gloves and he used his bare hands to push down on the ice cream spatula he was using to mix the ice cream with the toppings on the slab. He seemed irritated at any request we had and he didn’t wipe down the containers. So not only was the ice cream basically contaminated but it was also dripping all over the containers.

Love this location.The cookies are always fresh and so nicely decorated.The request I made for my cake was completed on time and the art was beyond my expectations. The frosting artist is really talented. ??The staff is really friendly and the store is always clean.

First time here, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Isaiah was extremely helpful and took his time explaining what flavors and toppings & other items you have. One of the most mature friendly and kind employees I have had the pleasure of meeting recently. Isaiah didn’t rush us, was polite and fun. Please make sure Isaiah (he deserves a raise) gets his told of the great job he is doing and keep him on staff it is hard to find such pleasant employees who actually enjoy their...
