I’ve bought live crawfish twice this season (2025). The crawfish are humongous. They could play football. And the friendly service is so kind and accommodating it is almost unreal. Just had to say something. The experience has been fantastic.
The crawfish itself was really really delicious - by far the best crawfish I had in a while - but the pricing is a tad misleading. They mix in ALOT of onions in it to inflate the weight - my 5 LBs bag had NINE ounces of onions mixed in. With current crawfish prices, that’s about $4-5 worth of onions!
I don't know if my organization paid for bigger crawfish but these were the best I've seen in a couple years.The spice was perfect, a heat that hits you but you get used to it as you dive in.
