I usually am pleased with IHOP, but this visit was awful. Besides us, there were 2 other customers. I ordered an omelette and hash browns. My omelette was dry and had brown spots where it had been overcooked. It was nasty. The hash browns were lukewarm at best. Our server explained that when the resteraunt was slow, the cook had a tendency to get distracted and forget what he was doing. They took the food off the bill and our server was great. The coffee was good.

To be 100% absolutely honest, just walked out and last time I'm coming to this location. Service was scarce, if you truly don't like your job or people, leave, get another job don't make us feel you're doing us a favor.The food. Listen, you'd be better off goin to Dollar Tree or Walmart, grab something cheap and just throw it in the microwave. The chicken and waffles were trash. I was starving and felt obligated to eat it only because it was there. The chicken tasted twice fried like they threw it in the grease again but it was soo crunchy it was hard. The waffle was flavorless even with the syrup it was just yuck.I didn't know food could be that bad at a restaurant!! If you're drunk ok come here it may be better than Taco Bell.. If you're starving.. Sure. But if you want a tasty meal avoid this place entirely, delicious? Nothing this particular restaurant could make is delicious. The food and service really are below subpar, it's just terrible. I never ever rate anything this low ever, but this place between service and food deserves 1 Star.If you just want some warmed up something to eat, try it.

The young lady that was my host/server had great customer service ! She kept me abreast with the status of my order, was very welcoming in a very hospitable and appreciative way . And the best part, was my order, my eggs were oh so fluffy and light, hash browns were dead-on, and my turkey link sausage was fork tender. I was sure to make my gratuity the same as the cost of my meal 100% . I would also say that, that young lady has outstanding host acumen, is very engaging, and should be given an opportunity in a higher level service industry paying occupation, she interacts with people in a very outstanding appreciative way .

The food was meh. The server couldn't get it together. Check your tickets. She tried to charge me for extra food. Thankfully I checked my ticket. The food came out with a hair on the plate. The eggs were cold. The hash browns came out when we were all done eating. Some of the staff had a stinky underarm smell. Turned our stomachs. Would definitely NOT recommend. Should have chosen a different restaurant.
My waitress was nice but the food was terrible. I asked for strawberry banana protein pancakes and they didn’t give me any bananas. Once my food was returned only one of the pancakes contained bananas and they were regular buttermilk. This caused trouble on my stomach and my diet. I will NEVER return!
