“I come here pretty frequently for mobile orders and deals. They do a great job and offer great customer service. For example, some orders were discontinued like Deadpool Combos but they replaced it with strips or other even better meals. Food was well cooked and prepared. Drinks nice and cold. Thank you“
“I'm ONLY giving this 5 stars in hopes that the franchise and or manager(s) of this chain at this location would start stocking more food. If it's open 24 hrs, have the items to serve 24 hrs. Its sad I rattle off 3 things knowing you'll be out of the first, and have to have a backup. But it is extremely sad to always be out of all 3 and then some.

“Sooo glad the spicy tenders are back. I know they're fast food and really spicy ??. Especially dipping them in the hot buffalo sauce. Curly fries are good and had a chocolate milk shake. Service through the drive thru was good. Friendly smile and spoke clearly. I was asked to pull forward for tenders and glad they were fresh and hot.“
“Service is always friendly no matter what time you roll in. My recommendation... Spicy chicken biscuit. It's a breakfast that's good for dinner also! Oreo shake is always on point! You need a 24 hr menu with everything from breakfast to dinner ( including brunch ) with a variety to choose from ... Tacos, burgers, pancakes, shakes, you crave it, they make it!“

I believe her name was is fantastic,Her tone of voice sounded genuine and happy to help us which is hard to find now days in fast food. Plus the food was hot, seasoned just right and was fast and ready for us right as we pulled up!“
“Ms.Karen at this Scenic went above and beyond to assist my 83 years young Mother in ordering multiple orders (which is something she does not do) in a drive thru. Along with the multiple, also helping resolve debit card machine issues. NOT to mention that the food was good! SUPERB EXPERIENCE“
“Firstly, I have never been to Jack-in-the-Box before so I didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere here is one of a standard Drive-thru far for restaurant, 2 booths, 6-8 standalone tables with bar stool seating and a place to order your food.Now for the MEAT if the situation:I have only ever had 2 things from JITB and they were the Sourdough Jack. TWICEThey cooked it fresh, cheese was melty, the sourdough bun was crisply toasted, cold fresh tomatoes, and the patty was incredible. So I ordered another one.If I had 10 stars to rate a sammich, this one would be an 11.The whole burger was under $6 too!Highly recommended.“
“Everything was great here. Dining room was clean, as were the bathrooms. We were the only customers on Easter Sunday and there may have been 2 workers but we only saw one. He was awesome. Telling us what was good and all that, We'd never eaten there before but we sure were glad we did. I knew they called the Ultimate bacon burger but man...that sandwich was ultimately the best I'd ever had at a fast food joint. I think it had won some kind of award for best burger or something I think I saw on their poster. Great fries too! And we both had large oreo milkshakes which were on point as well. They earned the 5 stars I'm giving, without a doubt .“
“The lady was so sweet to me. She repeated back my order to be sure it was right, exchanged pleasantries with me, and served me hot and tasty food!! “Look, you can't expect a lot at 3 AM, but this location has better customer service than others for sure. I went to the other one on Florida and they gave me a bag of food that was cold but also somehow dripping grease all over my car. Like huh? COLD and greasy is wild. I went to this one on Sherwood after because I really just wanted a milkshake in the first place. The person working was super helpful and let me know the machine will be back on in a few minutes. The Biscoff shake was fire! And the new birria tacos were pretty good. She even helped with making sure I had sauce and everything I needed. Shout out to her!“
“Went through the drive thru this morning. Morgan took our order and was working the window. Even though it took a few minutes to get our food, Morgan had excellent customer service, and made us feel like treasured guests. When we got our food, it was fresh and delicious.“
