This is the second time I've come to this restaurant and they told me that they couldn't make me anything because they are short-staffed. I have seen restaurants including another Jack in the Box like this one function with only two people and they did pretty good because it's cooked to order.
This location is a hit and miss, ok where do I start... well ... the food quality is consistent. It most times always hot and can the quality is good. On the other hand... The service is officially the work ever. The management seems the be the actual problem. They are rude and never seem to care about customer service. They use profanity and talk about things of a sexual nature while there are paying costumers present. No gloves on their hands. This is why I always order fried...read full review

I would give this place a better rating but seriously they need to get better at the meaning of being open 24/7 because every night I've come to this store I sit in the drive threw for over an hour because they are doing shift change an it's never at the same time so.how could it be.. I say get another job if you don't wanna work. Don't be rude to the customer, it's not our fault
