This is the second time I've come to this restaurant and they told me that they couldn't make me anything because they are short-staffed. I have seen restaurants including another Jack in the Box like this one function with only two people and they did pretty good because it's cooked to order.
Jack tacos are the best anywhere! You need to build one in Opelousas, Louisiana, so that I don't have to drive almost 2 hours just to get my fill.

This location is a hit and miss, ok where do I start... well ... the food quality is consistent. It most times always hot and can the quality is good. On the other hand... The service is officially the work ever. The management seems the be the actual problem. They are rude and never seem to care about customer service. They use profanity and talk about things of a sexual nature while there are paying costumers present. No gloves on their hands. This is why I always order fried items. But honestly once you get pass the atmosphere, the food is pretty good unless the Cooking oil is old and that happens often
