Jack In The Box

Took 15-20 minutes for a burger and two kids meals and one of the kids meals didn’t even have all 4 nuggets. Horrible service.

Last time 35 five minutes waiting for a burguer and now 20 minutes thats horrible service
Is like a regular restaurant not fast food

You wouldn't know they were open unless you actually stopped. Cashier was not interested in being there and taking orders. Out of tons of menu options, slowest service I've seen In a while

First, they didn’t tell us that they were out of grilled chicken so my wife ordered grilled chicken we pulled up. The woman says oh we’re sorry we’re out of grilled chicken like she didn’t even know.ok OK Then we go forward. The woman forgets our drinks brings out coffee with no creamer. I go back in. Oh, we don’t have any creamer. That was my first and last experience at Jack-in-the-Box.

This is one of my regular spots just a regular typical Jack in the box be prepared to wait especially if you come at night you know it's always busy and they're always understood and they have too many items but that's why we like to go here isn't it. If you order ahead and you're a little lucky sometimes you'll get your food pretty quick. Other than that it's right on the cusp of the hood and there is sketchy shit going down around including the fact that I am there relatively often lmfao. If you order delivery from here whether from Jack in the box's website or from doordash or Uber eats directly please tip your driver because they will have to wait a while.

Look, you can't expect a lot at 3 AM, but this location has better customer service than others for sure. I went to the other one on Florida and they gave me a bag of food that was cold but also somehow dripping grease all over my car. Like huh? COLD and greasy is wild. I went to this one on Sherwood after because I really just wanted a milkshake in the first place. The person working was super helpful and let me know the machine will be back on in a few minutes. The Biscoff shake was fire! And the new birria tacos were pretty good. She even helped with making sure I had sauce and everything I needed. Shout out to her!

I’ve been sitting in a drive through for “fast” food since 2:21 it’s now 3:12 & still no food. Unprofessional. Not answering the door and phones off the hook. BS.

The food was great the service was horrible but that's because there were only 2 people working at the time.

I ordered 1 egg roll and two monster tacos. I got home and I had 1 monster taco 1 regular taco and no egg roll.
