Randomly closed while being a 24/7 location. Can't cook this because grilled is being cleaned/fryer is being cleaned/oven is being cleaned ...I'm a chef and anytime something is being cleaned it is in intervals so that one of the other options is still available. This is pure laziness

For a store that is open 24/7, how is it that between 30 to 40% of the time this location is closed randomly and seemingly whenever they just feel like it?? I just pulled into this location at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night, and when I got to the speaker, I was told that they were "closed because they are cleaning the grill and they also need to clean the fryers…" Other common excuses include "closed because we are short staffed", "closed because the computers are down ", and even closed for no obvious reason other than everyone seems to be on break outside… People in customer service need to understand that their entire job revolves around the CUSTOMER! Like, that's your JOB! Without customers, there is no revenue, and with no revenue, there is no paycheck! These stores need better management and better oversight because I'm willing to bet that the owners do not realize that their employees just shut the doors whenever they just don't feel like serving their own lifeblood!

All I can say is I did not have a good experience at this jack in a box I placed a big order and when I received my food I had three items missing when I went back in line to tell the employee he gets a attitude with me it’s the black short guy with the long black dreads. it was at 7:53pm on March 18th and his customer service was terrible

They never have lattice for the tacos and most the time they don’t even have tacos… horrible service.. I waited in the drive through 10 mins just to be tops they were out of tacos.

I've been trying my best to get in touch with the store manager at that location the phone is never available when I get off from work at 12:00pm at night time sometimes I want to stop and get me a sandwich the guys that's running the store at night time always tell me that the systems are down and I know that that's not the truth something needs to be done how is your company going to make any money when the boys at night never have it open!!! And I'm not talking about one night I'm talking about consecutive nights its not good for business
Rude service service was so rude from the young black girl in the window, was not greeted, and then we were told to pull around and had not even made an order yet. We finally get order and she kept closing the window in our face she told us to pull around without giving us our drinks then when I asked for my drinks, I was told that they would bring them out after I had already walked in to get them , and they were sitting on the counter made. The lady from the drive thru now behind the counter, who was obviously dirty, and not showered before work Begin to cuss at me and tell me I get my drink when she say I get my drink. This is the rudest service I ever had. I couldn’t even eat my food. My fries were burnt and taste like the grease had not been changed in years.

Terrible, just terrible! Took them about 5 minutes to even come to front to take my order, they saw me. Order came out wrong, missing food, asked them for said food, never arrived. Lady from drive came in and was missing food after I went to front, she got hers before me. I just decided to leave without the food.
