“Went through the drive thru this morning. Morgan took our order and was working the window. Even though it took a few minutes to get our food, Morgan had excellent customer service, and made us feel like treasured guests. When we got our food, it was fresh and delicious.“

The food came out fresh, the fries were hot, and the menu had a lot more variety than most places which made it easy to find something different. Service was friendly and surprisingly fast, especially considering the restaurant stays open 24 hours. The place looked clean and convenient for grabbing breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack while on the road. Definitely a dependable stop when you want quick comfort food without waiting too long.“

“I ordered the 2# Breakfast Sandwich From Jack In The Box on Government Street & Foster Blvd .....when I pulled up to the Drive Thru Speaker, Jack In the Box Employee said it going to be a wait , he trying to get orders out , I ask for the double smashburger he said back to me that going to be hard to do !
So I asked about breakfast and he said that's going to be harder ... So all the number #2 Breakfast when I pulled up to pay for the meal... It was two breakfast combos$17 change he tells me, Credit Card only no cash....ok ... I pulled around and waited for my food & Jack in the box employee , brung out food one order every time , I was lucky number #5...My Breakfast Sandwich was Hot and Fresh ....Why was Jack in The Box employee not taking cash“

“3:30 in the morning I was like I’m hungry. I was gonna go to Burger King right across the street. They talking about they closed, good thing they was closed. I went across the street to Jack-in-the-Box man. I’m talking about 10 minutes service she was polite. She took my order. I got me a shake. The shake machine wasn’t down. pressureeee, got a Oreo shake. My boyfriend sipping my shit. The food pressure, hot fries and my burger! Keptup in the bag! Go get y’all some!“

“throughout the years ive ordered from many JiB in baton rouge and this one is for sure the best one. Im shocked to see 3.5 total stars on this one but theb again all the neighboring JiBs are baseline 3 stars too. These guys are good at taking online orders on my JiB app and super efficient; they dont get surprised when i tell them an online order i made on app (unlike other places where they look confused) and instead they got it already wrapped and prepared: handing them right away at drive thru at times. On heavy times, sure you do need to wait but they have been consistently good for the over 10 or so orders ive made; unlike Seigen one where i would pull around and wait 30min just to still receive wrong order. These guys will give you the right order and in 5 minutes“

“The food was great, prepared fresh and in good quality of speed, performance and execution. Staff was amazing came back 2 days straight for that quality. Marvin was great at customer service and Melissa from the other day. Thanks for the service from everyone will be back definitely! “Firstly, I have never been to Jack-in-the-Box before so I didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere here is one of a standard Drive-thru far for restaurant, 2 booths, 6-8 standalone tables with bar stool seating and a place to order your food.Now for the MEAT if the situation:I have only ever had 2 things from JITB and they were the Sourdough Jack. TWICEThey cooked it fresh, cheese was melty, the sourdough bun was crisply toasted, cold fresh tomatoes, and the patty was incredible. So I ordered another one.If I had 10 stars to rate a sammich, this one would be an 11.The whole burger was under $6 too!Highly recommended.“

“Ms.Karen at this Scenic went above and beyond to assist my 83 years young Mother in ordering multiple orders (which is something she does not do) in a drive thru. Along with the multiple, also helping resolve debit card machine issues. NOT to mention that the food was good! SUPERB EXPERIENCE“

“I had such a great experience at this Jack in the Box! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. You could really tell everything was made with care. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, which made the visit even better.

The lady working there was extremely sweet and welcoming. Her positive attitude really stood out and made us feel appreciated as customers. I honestly haven’t had a Jack in the Box experience this good in years, and I’m so glad we decided to stop here.

I was even able to get two Jibbis (they were the same one, Saucy), and I was so happy they had them available. Overall, such a great visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.
