So tonight I ordered again from Jasmines On the Bayou a Shrimp PoBoy and Seafood Platter. The Oysters were BURNT...all small FOUR of them...so crunchy a guest said the could have broken their teeth?!? I ordered the Shrimp PoBoy and only got a HALF! They said they would refund me, well DoorDash did...not sure why they did and not Jasmines. , waiting on an answer from them BURNT FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE...there was no way they didn't know...really!!?? Jasmines on the Bayou is my spot. As a person with a genetic intolerance to foods containing gluten, I longed to have a safe place to eat and share meals with my family and friends. My husband, who also loves Jasmines on the Bayou, suggested I call Jasmines to see if they had gluten-free options. And, they did! I get the opportunity at Jasmines on the Bayou to have safe and delicious meals anytime I am with family and friends who want to eat out. Thank you, Jasmines on the Bayou.
Waited over 45 minutes for 2 meals and ended up having to take it to go. The server only came to us once in that 45 minutes to give us our drinks and take our order (both at the same time). The only other time she came to us is when we asked for our food to be served to go. She stated that the reason that it was taking so long is because they had so many to go orders.
