There sauce is horrible, nothing taste like bar b que I ordered 4 combo plates and everything was horrible. I called and spoke with the manager 10 minutes of me leaving to let them know how horrible the sauce was and it did not taste like bar b Que and the manager advised I can’t return and he will not give a refund. Just ate lunch there.
Had the BBQ beef poboy, a large fries, and a Mt. Dew. For the large fries because the regular amount of fries they give you is never enough to last while you eat your poboy.
The lady that took my order acted like I was bothering her
When my food came, the fries were undercooked and quickly turned limp.
They gave me the bare minimum of BBQ sauce in the cup to finish my poboy with.

Mid-City Location: My Hickory Cheese burger came completely undressed. I only asked for the sauce to be on the side. Side portions are tiny for the $$. These Jerks clearly do not care. Take your money somewhere else.
