Ms. Patri and the staff greet me warmly each time I visit this location! The food is always fresh, the facility is clean, and the staff are welcoming and have excellent recommendations. I've introduced several of my colleagues to Mike's, and they love it! Ms. Patri makes me feel like family coming home for a delicious meal because she asks how I have been if I've been away for a while, and she recognizes the lunchtime regulars. Perfect lunch experience. Place is clean, music at a good volume and good tunes. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Which is so nice to see especially during their busy rush! I also wanted to shoutout the chicken salad, they’re out all over town but they have some here and it was delicious! New favorite location for sure!

I’m visiting from Michigan, and this Jersey Mike’s had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The food was excellent, and the cookies were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
